At AHAVA Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
